Problem with an order?
First, check your spam and promotions folders. Your download email comes from Beacons, not from me, and a receipt from a new sender often lands there the first time. You can also search your inbox for the name of the guide.
Still nothing? Write to me with the email address you used to order, and I’ll send you the PDF directly.
