1. What this website offers
Daily Angler publishes free freshwater fishing articles and sells downloadable fishing guides in PDF format (bass, crappie, catfish, walleye and more).
2. Buying a guide
Our guides are digital products. Nothing is shipped: you receive a PDF download that works on phone, tablet and computer. Orders are placed, paid and delivered through our store on Beacons, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal.
The price, delivery method and refund terms for each guide are shown on its Beacons page before you pay. Those terms apply to your purchase.
Tip: download your guide and save it to your device (Apple Books, Google Play Books or your Files app) instead of reading it from the link. This way you can read it offline, even out on the water.
Download problems? Check your spam and promotions folders first. Your download email comes from Beacons, not from us. Still nothing? Message one of our Facebook pages or email davecarrau@gmail.com with the email address you used to order, and we will send you the PDF directly. Please do not reply to the automated receipt email, as that address does not reach us.
3. Personal use license
When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it and keep it on your own devices. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the guide, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
4. Website content
All articles, guides, images and other content on this site are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Fishing safety and local regulations
Our content is for general information and educational purposes only. Fishing and boating involve natural risks. Always check the weather, wear a life jacket on the water, and use common sense.
You are responsible for holding a valid fishing license and for following the fishing rules that apply where you fish (seasons, size and bag limits, protected waters and species). These rules vary by state and change over time. Always check your state wildlife agency before you go.
6. No guarantee of results
We share techniques that work for many anglers, but fishing depends on many factors outside our control (weather, water conditions, season, location and skill). We cannot guarantee that you will catch a specific number or size of fish.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daily Angler is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, injury, loss or cost resulting from the use of this website or our guides. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
